Three pillars, one kitchen
Celebrations, corporate and special events — each staffed, timed and plated on site.

Celebrations
Ceremony catering is a matter of timing. A haldi eats in daylight and standing; a sangeet eats late and in bursts; a roka wants everyone seated at once. We build each menu around the hours it has to fill, then staff it so nothing waits.
Our team works inside your home, farmhouse or venue — a plating line behind the scenes, counters where guests gather, and service staff moving through the room with trays. Courses are called as the evening moves, not held on a warmer.

Corporate
Corporate service runs against a clock. We set up before the first session, land each break inside its window, and clear fast enough that the room is ready for the next agenda item. Food is portioned so nobody has to queue twice.
Menus are built for a working day — light enough that the afternoon still functions, generous enough that lunch feels like a proper break. We handle boardroom lunches for twelve as readily as conference catering for four hundred.

Special Events
Launches and galas are photographed. Everything we send out is built for one hand, one bite and a camera — starters on dark trays, counters styled to the brand, glassware collected before it clutters a room.
Service is paced against the programme: heavy through the arrival window, quiet through speeches, and back out the moment the room opens up again. Our staff know when not to be visible.
